Once you submit the form, a scheduler reviews it and calls the number you gave, usually the same day. They will confirm what you need done, walk through open windows across Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley, and lock in a time that works for your house rather than the next open slot on the route. Have the age of your home, how often you burn, and any symptoms, like smoke smell, a stuck damper, or a recent leak, ready to mention. If it is a home sale or refinance, mention the closing date too, so we can prioritize the report your lender or agent is waiting on.
